The state of Florida does not provide online ticket selling, we are here only to help you purchasing tickets from Official Florida Lottery. Below is an explanation of how our service works and how to play Florida Lotto. Please read carefully before you use our services. (remember, this is NOT an official Florida Lottery website.   • Our website provides online Florida lottery services, such as, Florida Lotto number analysis (including analysis for Powerball, Mega Millions, and other lotto games), number composes, history winning numbers, quick picks, wheeling systems, tickets purchases, and lotto pool services. We do not intent to sell or resell Florida lottery tickets online, we only purchase lottery tickets for our customers from a state-licensed lottery agent.
  • All customers must be at least 18 years of age.
  • For number analysis, number composes, hidtory winning numbers, quick picks, lotto wheeling systems, and other services, we ask for $10.00 per one time fee to be our life-time member. The half of this fee will be used to develop more online lotto services for our customers, and the other half will be going to charities.
  • In Buying Tickets section, to multistate Powerball, we charge $1.00 for service on each ticket, and extra $0.50 with PowerPlay; to Florida lotto, we charge $1.00 for service on each ticket, and extra $0.50 with Lotto XTRA; to multistate Mega Millions, we charge $1.00 for service on each ticket, and extra $0.50 with Megaplier. For other games (Florida Fantasy 5, Florida Jackpot Triple Play, Florida Pick 5, Pick 4, Pick 3, and Pick 2), we charge $1.00 for service on each ticket.
  • Our lottery Pool Service takes $50.00 per month, and you will get 173 chances each month to win Florida lottery. To Multisatate Powerball Pool Service, you will get 87 chances to Powerball. If you join in our Pool Service, there is no membership fee ($10.00/life-time will be waived) to you.
  • Our services include the purchase of lottery tickets from a state-licensed lottery agent, the monitoring of all lottery numbers chosen during your order, e-mail notification of the drawing results, redemption of prizes, analyzing winning numbers, providing lotto wheeling systems, and the quality customer service in the business.
  • For Buying tickets, you may select your own numbers by using our Number Selection Panel, or you can use Quick Picks to fill out random-selected numbers.
  • Minimum order is 5 tickets or 1 ticket with 5 times of advance plays($10.00).
  • The automatic order cutoff time is 5:00 PM US Eastern Time in the day of the drawing. Orders received after that time will be placed for the next drawing.
  • All tickets remain in possession of FloridaLottoTickets.com and will not be mailed since Florida State Law forbids the mailing of lottery tickets.
  • Since our services begin immediately once you've placed your order, all sales are final and there is no refunds. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied of our services, you may cancel your membership at any time.

  • How do you prevent credit card fraud?
    First, we take the fraudulance very seriously. We have a system monitoring all credit card transactions and record user's IP address. If we find someone tries to commit credit card fraud, we can trace IP address, find where he/she is located, which Internet Service Provider he/she uses, what browser he/she uses and so on, then, we will report this to an Authority. Also, that account will be immidiately cancelled and banned for the future access. Second, when someone purchases the tickets or joins in our pool service, we only redeem the winning prize to the credit card holder's name and address.
  • What is your cutoff time?
    It is 5:00 PM US Eastern Time on the drawing day.
  • How do I claim my winning tickets?
    1. If your winning prizes are under $600.00, we will redeem the winning for you and desposit it into your account.

    2. If your tickets win free ticket(s),we redeem your tickets after each draw date, and email you the free ticket(s). Do not claim free tickets by yourself, or, it will delay your ticket claim processes in this case.

    3. If you win a prize over $600.00, we will send you an official lottery claim form, which you will fill out, including where you want your check sent, and return to us. We will then submit the form and ticket to the Florida Lottery Commission, which will send you a check directly from Florida Lottery Commission. This procedure ensures that your lottery ticket remains safe and secure, and that it is not transported out of the state of purchase (since the law forbids).

    4. If you win the jackpot, we will make arrangements to hand you the winning ticket in person so that it may be claimed at lottery headquarters. If you are unable to claim a prize greater than $600 because of your location (or any other reasons), we can make arrangements to claim the prize on your behalf and 15% (to cover corporate tax) of process fee will be applied to the prize.

    To obtain a Lottery Winner Claim Form in Florida, visit any Florida Lottery office or write the Florida Lottery Public Information Office, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4016.     If a Florida Lottery prizewinner is a citizen or resident alien of the U.S. with a Social Security number, the Internal Revenue Service requires the Florida Lottery to withhold 25 percent federal withholding tax from prizes greater than $5,000. If the prizewinner is a U.S. citizen or resident alien who does not have a Social Security number, The Florida Lottery is required to withhold 28 percent backup federal withholding tax from any prize more than $600. For nonresident aliens, the Florida Lottery is required to withhold 30 percent federal withholding tax from all prize amounts.
